Welcome to the Montclair Golf Club Tournament
ENTRY INFORMATION - CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT
MONTCLAIR GOLF CLUB - SEPTEMBER 11-12, 2019
The 2019 36-hole Championship Tournament will be played over two days. The entry fee is $350.00 per golfer it will include cocktails and dinner on Thursday. Registration will be via our Golf Genius web-site: njseniorsgolf.com and will be open beginning August 19th at 8:00am.
We encourage entries to be submitted in foursomes. For this tournament, a foursome may consist of all members from a single club. A single payment for the full foursome's entry fee is preferred. Entry fees are not refundable.
Entries will be limited to the first 228 received. A maximum of 228 players will be strictly adhered to. Starting times will be the same for both days and every attempt will be made to accommodate your starting time requests. Please note that afternoon starting times always tend to be over-subscribed and morning times under-utilized. Those who can play in the morning are asked to do so and return for the Annual Dinner Meeting. Playing in the morning and pace of play is critical to allow all to finish play and enjoy a full hour of cocktails and dinner.
Prizes will be awarded for the following:
Field Low Gross - 36 holes (Champion)
The Comer Cup will be awarded to the 36-hole Field Low Net winner
Low Gross and Low Net prizes in each age group - 36 holes
Low 4-Ball team each day
Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres begin on Thursday, September 12 at 6:30 P.M. The Annual Dinner Meeting will begin at 7:30 P.M. All New Jersey Senior Golf Association members whether playing or not, are welcome and encouraged to attend the Annual Dinner Meeting at Montclair Golf Club. The cost for non-golfers attending the dinner meeting only, is $145 per person. If you plan to attend the dinner, please mail your check to the NJ Seniors office so it is received no later than September 6th.
